The MedicAlert® repository of information can connect to, and provide, critical medical information between patients, providers and first responders 24 hours a day anywhere in South Africa. MedicAlert® identification bracelets or tags alert emergency personnel to a member's primary health conditions, medications, allergies or implanted medical devices, as well as notifying them of specific advance directions.
