I wish to thank your Emergency Dept. for obtaining an ambulance for me on 31st July, 2014, which I think came via a panic call to your offices. I had another 35 minute tonic clonic seizure in Checkers Shopping Mall.   I was conscious during the procedure but obviously am unable to talk properly or speak to anyone helping me. I felt a member of the public playing with my bracelet, so obviously they picked up the call number and reference number to assist. I am convinced it was the Cape Town offices that called a local ambulance for me – thank you!  The ambulance delivery was quick and staff were great in helping.
