Each bracelet is engraved with your membership number and the 24-hour emergency line, connecting responders to your secure medical record — conditions, allergies, medications and emergency contacts — anywhere in South Africa.

Measure snugly around your wrist with a tape or strip of paper, then add 1.5–2 cm for comfort. Match your measurement to the size below.
Delivery. Flat-rate nationwide courier across South Africa, typically 3–5 working days after engraving. You’ll receive tracking by email and SMS.
Payment. Secure checkout via Payfast — card, instant EFT and other local methods.
Returns. Unengraved items may be returned within 14 days. Engraved items are personalised and non-returnable unless faulty. See our Return & Cancellation Policy.
