How to measure wrist size
To determine your size, snugly wrap a tape measure around your wrist. Note the measurement, then add 1 to 1.5 cm (depending on how loose you prefer it to be). This is the size MedicAlert bracelet (inclusive of disc) you will need.
Measure snugly around your wrist with a tape or strip of paper, then add 1.5–2 cm for comfort. Match your measurement to the size below.
